Barry transitioned into real estate from the film business, where he was involved in independent film finance, distribution and marketing. While traveling extensively around the world to attend film markets and festivals he discovered his interest in design and architecture.

He oversaw the restoration of LA Historic Cultural Landmark #1040, a Hollywood Hills residence by mid-century architect Richard Dorman, and currently lives in a 1917 Colonial Revival home with Mill’s Act designation in Wilshire Park HPOZ. He is a member of the Quad HPOZ Board that oversees Wilshire Park / Oxford Square / Country Club Park / Windsor Village.

A 1st generation Angeleno, Lawrence first gained exposure to real estate as a child working alongside his immigrant parents as they bought and sold two homes right here in Southern California.

His career began in New York City where he started in digital marketing at Group M, a global media investment company. While there he started working with a boutique commercial real estate firm that advised religious congregations on how to redevelop and monetize their real estate holdings. Two years later he then pivoted into residential real estate. He worked as a tenant’s agent in the luxury rental market, closing transactions throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.  An exceptionally strong networker, Lawrence developed relationships with property managers, owners, investors, and developers. Lawrence always goes the extra mile and is known for his client-centric service, in-depth market knowledge, and negotiating finesse.

Solution-oriented, Lawrence has an innate ability to communicate with diverse groups of individuals and match clients and with their perfect home. Honesty and discretion are two of Lawrence’s values that are fundamental to his success and approach to real estate.

A native of Southern California, Lawrence leads an active lifestyle participating in an array of sports like skiing and golf. He is also an avid supporter of the Arts and charities through programs like AMFAR. He also enjoys serving his community working as an election worker. Coming from a background in architecture, Lily developed a skill in understanding cities and architectural spaces with an attention to detail. Los Angeles in particular is where she is intimately familiar with after living in it for almost 20 years. Lily has experienced the city as an architect by trade and as a resident with a thorough awareness of its various neighborhoods. Understanding why certain structures work better than others and what elements in a building make it more valuable than the rest are just a few skill sets that set her apart from your average agent.

Having a passion in design and creativity is what drives Lily in her daily activities. The thought to pursue real estate was always in the back of her mind but never acted upon it until she started helping her friends and family in their process of finding a home or being the go to person for finding vacation rentals.

Lily’s design background in the fields of architecture, interior design and UX (user experience design), enable her to offer a more complete experience as an expert in design, as a local familiarized with the DNA of the city, and as an agent who’s considerate and caring in finding the perfect fit for her clients.
